Before you can begin to use your Connect & Care account, you will need to verify your account.
Introductory email that Will ask you to verify your Connect & Care account. It will provide you with a URL link and a numerical password.
You will receive a subsequent email that is an Account Activation Request. This will have a short application to provide additional information about you. The link is only good for 24 hours.
Your Application is reviewed by our staff and will be confirmed with information from your employer.
You will then receive a final email indicating your Connect & Care account is now ACTIVE!!
A desktop computer can be used to access your Connect & Care account.
Desktop access is a convenient way to access your Connect & Care account and the tools contained within the platform. You access your account using your email and the password you set during the Account Verification process.
We do not recommend that you save your username and password in your browser keychain
If you enter your password incorrectly, do not use the BACK button on your browser
Refresh the page using the “login” link, it initiates a new page request from the server (this is a security feature to avoid “cross site forgery attacks). Then re-enter your username and password.
You can add other family members who participate in the care team. They are called ConnectEEs
The Connect & Care communication tools are not for emergency use. If you feel you or a family member are experiencing an emergency- CALL 911 immediately!
Keeping your Connect & Care account secure is VERY important. It can contain sensitive information about your health. You should protect it with a strong password using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
